Bonds' Season Still Unresolved

Barry Bonds has yet to sign a one year $15+ million contract to allow the Giants to add him to the 40 man roster.

Despite the media frenzy which has surrounded Bonds over the last couple of years, he still is able to keep a focused head on the playing field. The most feared hitter in baseball has averaged 35 HR's and an astounding 165 BB over his last two full seasons. And according to the story he is as healthy as ever. Too bad he'll have to face the Cubs pitching this year. That will probably drop his stats considerably, but not to worry, he'll still make the All Star team.

Griffey Hopeful for 2007 Season

Griffey Expects to Play in 2007

Ken Griffey Jr. expects to play the opener of the 2007 season this spring. The 37 year old Cincinnati Reds right fielder hasn't started a regular season game in right field in over 2 years.

Griffey has had a brilliant career plagued by season ending injuries. He has the sweetest swing in baseball (since Gwynn retired, with Bonds a close second) and, barring new injuries, could put up some incredible numbers this year. It would be nice to see Griffey and Bonds both have pain-free, peak-performance years, win 90+ games each, and lose to the Cubs in the playoffs. Go Cubs.

2007 MLB Team by Team Schedule

2007 is going to be a kickass year for Major League Baseball. Unfortunately for me I live in San Diego so I have to go to Padre games and see all the fair weather fans embrace the team during winning seasons and disown them during losers. I guess all fans can't be Cub fans. Go Cubbies

2007 MLB Calendar

Well, it's almost that time again (thank God). Check out the scheduled dates for the Major Leagues this year
